2. I (Alex Schadenberg) will be speaking twice at the Human Life Alliance conference titled: Stealth Euthanasia on Saturday, June 2 in Minnesota. Link to the Registration information.* 3. To counter the false ideas and intentional confusion, EPC has produced a pamphlet titled: Protecing People. Send a donation of $25 for 100 copies (plus postage) or $100 for 500 copies (plus postage) for the pamphlet. 4. Vivre dans la Dignité in Quebec is working on a strategic plan to stop the Quebec government from implementing the recommendations of the Quebec Dying with Dignity Commission to legalize euthanasia. Our current newsletter features a significant article explaining what the Quebec Dying with Dignity report actually says. 5. The First-European Symposium on Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide is being held in Edinburgh Scotland on June 7 - 8. The Conference will feature myself and several other excellent speakers. This is a great opportunity to visit Scotland. 6. Good News: The Canadian Society of Palliative Care Physicians published a statement opposing euthanasia and assisted suicide and the chair of the New Zealand Medical Association stated that euthanasia is unethical. 7. More Good News: A new group opposing euthanasia and assisted suicide has been launched in Tasmania call Real Dignity Tas. Go to their website at: http://www.realdignitytas.com/ 7.
